We are now mid summer and wow, it's gone by fast. June was busy for me, both professionally and personally, but my husband and I managed to slow down for a second and actually celebrate our birthdays (which are 3 days apart).
With the combo of having little kids + the pandemic, celebrating the little things went to the wayside for us so it felt great to take some time and make some quality memories with old and new friends.
I'm not going to to tie this intro back to real estate. It's just a reminder to spend the rest of the summer celebrating the little things!

If you can't make it to the coast they also have restaurants throughout Northern CA including Larkspur and San Francisco. |

The market is defined by neither just demand or supply, but by the balance between the two. As we've moved deeper into 2023, that balance has tilted increasingly to sellers' advantage, with homes selling faster, with more offers, for higher prices. Part os this is due to seasonal dynamics - spring is commonly the highest-demand, most active selling season of the year - but the contrast with the 2nd half of 2022, when demand and sales plunged, is more than seasonal. It also reflects a rebound in psychology, with many buyers clearly deciding to move forward with their life plans. |
